Every to-do app is fast to open and slow to type into. By the time you have tapped through a date picker and a priority selector, the thought that made you reach for your phone is gone.
Tasks Pro lets you say it instead. Speak the task the way you would say it to a person — including when it is due and how urgent it is — and it parses the date, the time and the priority out of the sentence and schedules the reminder.
The rest is deliberately plain. A daily planning view, drag and drop to reorder, and anything you did not finish carries forward on its own instead of quietly rotting at the bottom of yesterday. Weekly and monthly overviews show what you are actually getting through.
It imports from Apple Reminders, syncs over iCloud, and exports for backup. Tasks live in your own iCloud, not on a server of mine. Runs on iPhone, iPad, Apple silicon Macs and Vision.
