Heron publishes the prices. A one-bedroom condo is $89, a three-bed two-bath is $175, and the hourly rate is $35 per cleaner with a three-hour minimum. No quote form, no contract, no hidden fees.
The other two decisions were about trust rather than price. Recurring customers get the same two-person crew wherever possible, because a stranger in your house every second week is the actual objection people have. And if something is not right, we re-clean it free within 24 hours.
